We offer shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. Additionally, if applicable, the final purchase price will include the Residential Surcharge Fee charged by postal service providers when delivering to P.O. Boxes or locations that require the driver to travel to the door, and other Fuel or Remote Surcharges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
